This page describes the conditions regarding the referral campaign for craftsmen that will apply as of March 22, 2021. Please read the conditions below carefully, so that no unpleasant surprises can occur afterwards:
• The referral bonus applies to all direct craftsmen (i.e. craftsmen who are employed by our clients) of DIT Personeel and Larex who refer new craftsman. The referral action does not apply to the 'indirect employees' and freelancers.
• The newly introduced craftsman may not yet be known in the database of DIT Personeel or Larex and will be employed by DIT Personeel or Larex.
• Both the craftsman who brings in another craftsman and the introduced craftsman must indicate on the application form that the application is made as a result of this referral action.
•The referral must be registered no later than one week after the new craftsman has started working at DIT Personeel or Larex; the Account Manager or Regional Manager registers the referral.
• As soon as the introduced craftsmen has worked 300 billable hours for DIT Personeel or Larex within a period of 4 months measured from the first day of work, the bonus of € 750 gross will be paid to the person introducing the craftsman, provided that both the person introducing the craftsman and the person introduced are still employed by us.
• For the gross payment, DIT will take care of the payment of wage tax.
• There is no limitation on the number of new craftsmen brought in.
• In case of discussion about the right to receive payment, the management of DIT Holding will decide.
