Larex owns several homes and flats across the Netherlands in order to provide temporary Larex workers with a wide range of quality accommodation. We aspire to offer a home to temporary workers and, during the distribution of housing, we take into account the language, culture and distance to the employer. Travel distance to the workplace is an important point in our considerations as well.

SNF Certified

Larex is a SNF Certified agency. This certificate is issued to temporary staffing agencies that comply with the housing standards.
The Stichting Normering Flexwonen (foundation for flexible housing standards, or SNF) manages the register of organisations that meet the housing standard for migrant workers and at the same time maintains that standard. Organisations that offer housing for migrant workers have the option of obtaining the SNF certificate.

If the housing is found to be unsatisfactory and the organisation fails to rectify the situation in the short term, the housing provider is removed from the SNF register. The objective is to provide parties dealing with the housing of migrant workers - municipalities, employers, employees, local residents - with the security that the housing of migrant workers is adequate.

Larex residences meet these standards and can be recognised by the SNF sticker.
